The spa’s water system was built around Copper Type L piping, chosen for its durability and efficiency. We installed both cold and hot water lines, running them seamlessly from the exterior stub-out to the water heater and fixtures. To maintain efficiency and prevent heat loss, all pipes were insulated with 1-inch fiberglass insulation, including a specialized setup for trap primers using insulated PEX piping.

We also installed a water heater system tailored to the spa's specific needs and integrated plumbing equipment, trimmings, valves, and specialties per the project plan. This included a water sub-meter for precise monitoring and tapping into the existing 1-1/2" water supply line at the mezzanine level. The process required excavation and backfilling of trenches to accommodate the pipework, ensuring a stable foundation for long-term use.

Using PVC Schedule 40 pipes for below-ground drainage and cast iron DWV pipes for above-ground venting, we ensured durability and compliance with local codes. To support Toska Spa’s operations, we installed specialized fixtures such as floor drains, floor sinks, and cleanouts. Pipe hangers and supports were added to meet standard codes and ensure system stability. The entire setup was designed to provide efficient wastewater management, aligning with the spa’s operational needs.
